How do I run a scam check?
Open SafeMate and start a new scam check. Choose the type of item you received, then submit only the message, call recording or transcript, link, advertisement, or payment request you want checked. Review the result and suggested next steps. Because AI can make mistakes, independently verify any urgent request or request for money using contact details you already trust.
How does family review work?
You can invite trusted people to your family circle and select Private, Balanced, or Guardian mode. Your selected mode controls what family members can see, and the app explains the sharing level for each mode. You remain in control of your account, contacts, and privacy setting. Guardian is a SafeMate mode name. It does not give anyone legal guardianship or authority over your money.
How do I manage or cancel SafeMate Pro?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then select SafeMate. There you can view your current plan and renewal information or tap Cancel Subscription. SafeMate Pro renews automatically unless canceled. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. How do I delete my account?
Open SafeMate's account settings, choose Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps. Your account and associated data will be deleted subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your account. Deleting your SafeMate account does not automatically cancel SafeMate Pro, so cancel the Apple subscription separately.
